Based in Midland Tx, Grupo Sello thrives on being one of the top tejano bands in the industry.
 Danny Rodriquez is the composer, producer and arranger of the band and also plays Accordion and Keyboards and is the Vocalist of the band. In 2007, Grupo Sello released thier first CD entitled,"Cambiame" under Hacienda Records. 
That CD received two submissions for a Grammy and Grupo Sello was paired with 25 other bands striving to win "Best Tejano Album".
In 2009 Grupo Sello joined a new familiy of recording artists, Wireline Records in Midland, Tx.
 Under the direction of Ken Morgan (Owner of Wireline Records and Recording Studio and Studio Engineer ) Danny and the band went back into the studio and recorded thier second CD entitled: "Mejor Que Ayer".
This CD, said to be "Better Than Yesterday" (CD Title) has a different vibe that Danny wanted to capture.
This CD was nominated in two categories in the 2010 Tejano Music Awards. Song of the Year " Su Foto en La Pared" and Song Crossover, "Yo Soy".
For 2011 Sello has re-united with Hacienda Records and their third CD entitled: "Sigo Siendo Yo" will be released soon.
 Sello has been featured on "The Domingo Live" TV Show on KIII Chanel 3 in Corpus Christi Tx. 
Danny Rodriquez has performed alongside some of the best tejano artists in the industry such as, Albert Tiger Diaz, Javier Galvan y Fama, Chepito Balli y Tejano Brown, Los Hometown Boys, Rey Reyna and Aftershock and most recently Rene Serrata,  Jesse Serrata Y Los Buenos and David Farias, Max Baca y los Tex Maniacs.
